 Aaron joined the Rick's team in November 2011. His primary role is to ensure all work is done safely and to customers' expectations. Aaron comes to us from Maryland where he was a superintendent for a home construction company for almost 10 years. His expertise is in project management and customer relations. We are excited to have Aaron with us and are confident that he will be one more reason that will set us apart from our competition.

Rick started Rick's Tree service as a high school senior after working in the industry for over five years. His goal is to give all customers the comfort of a good price while providing quality work. He does this by maintaining his experienced employees and providing them with the best and most technologically advanced equipment available. Rick's days are spent either meeting with customers or on a job site with the crews. 
Dave brings to Rick's Tree Service over 10 years of hands on experience in the tree care industry. Through hard work and dedication, Dave quickly worked his way up the ranks from climber/foreman to operations manager, now managing each one of our jobs from beginning to end. His experience ranges from the most hazardous large tree extractions to fine pruning of specimen trees. 
Carol brings to Rick's Tree Service a background in customer service expertise with over twenty years to her credit, working for companies such as Sovereign Bank and the Walt Disney Company. Her goal is to correspond with every customer in a professional and timely manner.
